Well, hey 👋 , mid-April! If you can believe it, summer is right around the corner and it’s a perfect excuse for trying out the chic, bizarre, and/or mind-blowing wellness trends that we’ve been seeing all over the inter-webs. Personally, I find an immeasurable (disproportionate, probably) amount of joy in testing these sorts of fads. In fact, it’s sort of a hobby of mine. Plus, spending half of my time in LA allows me to get the scoop on these trends before they tone down in absurdity as they make their way over to the East Coast.
