There’s a chill in the air now that Fall is here and that means cold season is inevitably around the corner. With the change in seasons, I always try to keep my morning routine consistent, especially when I’m trying to keep my immune system strong!
I’ve been lucky enough to find some products that make keeping my routine easy and seamless while also keeping me healthy! Keep scrolling for the morning routine that helps me keep my immune system strong and gets my day off to a great start.
#1 HATCH ALARM CLOCK
I’m a firm believer that a good day starts with a good night’s sleep! I recently discovered Hatch and their amazing alarm clock designed to help you personalize a routine to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed. For the next morning it will also gently wake you to a custom sunrise alarm that supports healthy cortisol levels! This clock has changed how I fall asleep and it’s been a game changer for my routine.
#2 EQUILIBRIA CBD WITH MY MORNING JUICE (OR COFFEE!)
My morning juice is non-negotiable during cold season! It’s packed with vitamins that I need to stay healthy and it’s usually one of the first things I drink in the mornings (with my coffee!). Recently I discovered Equilibria, a CBD brand that’s formulated by women for women! I know I’ve mentioned this one before, but working it into my morning routine by taking the soft gels with my morning juice or coffee has worked wonders for my daily stress and anxiety levels, which directly correlate to your immune system health!
#3 MEDITATION
Some of you may already know but I’m a big fan of meditation, especially in the mornings to start my day off right! Sometimes (especially now with Harley!) it can be a little harder to carve out the time, so I try to find it wherever I can whether it’s using the Core meditation device or Melissa Wood Health quick meditations on her platform, or the free meditations from The Hoffman Process IG. I find that with a clearer mind I’m less anxious going into my day, more intentional with my tasks, and generally just feel like a better version of myself!
#4 WORKING OUT
And last but certainly not least, y’all know how much I live for my morning workouts! Whether it’s with Kira Stokes, Session Pilates in Dallas, or another one of my favorite trainers (lately I’ve been loving finding new personal trainers on The Bright App), as a former athlete I’m just so used to starting my day with a good sweat and truly believe it’s what keeps my body super strong and healthy. Exercise and immune health are scientifically correlated—it can improve your immune response, lower illness risk, and reduce inflammation! Get that sweat in, girl!
