Hi, Guys! It’s Gabriela, Nastia’s wardrobe stylist, popping in to talk about what Nastia has been wearing on a daily basis: activewear sets! There have been so many amazing trainers, athletes, and influencers creating free live workout sessions on Instagram over the past few weeks. If you’ve been doing Nastia’s workouts then you may be getting distracted by the amazing sets she’s been rocking 😍 Aside from that minor distraction, I highly recommend doing her workouts! She’s been posting them weekly and they have been getting me through life during this quarantine.
Below, I’ve rounded up some of our favorite small activewear brands to showcase our favorite sets. I always look for designers that are creating sets that stand out using unique silhouettes, shapes, and colors, since shopping for an athletic set can get pretty repetitive when you browse legging after legging and they all look the same. Additionally, all of these brands are made with non-toxic ingredients, post-consumer recycled materials, and mostly made with plant-based fabrics.
If you catch Nastia on her live workouts this week, then you’ll probably see her in one of these 😉
This is a brand that I would 100% wear even when I’m not working out, because its just that cool. The brand was founded by Australian designers and stylists Laura May and sister Hannah, a textile artist and photographer. They are committed to minimizing the waste of raw materials in fashion production and keeping the use of synthetic fibers in their textiles to a minimum.
A London-based brand that was founded by Tatiana Korsakova. She combines quality interior construction with informed fabrication and progressive designs to realize modern but lasting collections with function at their core.
Started in 2018 by Carolyn Jang. She’s a knitwear specialist, based between New York, LA, and Seoul.
They use an Italian knitting technology to create a high quality seamless activewear combined with high-fashion aesthetic. Each piece hugs the body in all the right places using open mesh and ribbed patterns.
Founded by Whitney Quaresma who wanted to build a brand founded on her passion to creatively inspire people through a product. While affecting positive change in her local and global community through sustainable practices.
Los Angeles brand Splits59 which signifies the power of a single second and the driving will to beat the tick of 60 seconds on a stopwatch. Their company’s name represents the fuel in a woman to push herself to grow stronger, run faster, and push harder.
XOXO,
