I spend a lot of time traveling and sticking to a regular healthy(ish) routine is super important to me (though sometimes Postmates just happens :)). Forming good travel habits and finding things that work is key. Convenience is also at the top of my list! But, not in the reach for your phone and order something kind of way. So, when it comes to making healthier choices on the road, here at the ten healthy snacks that I love to travel with that get me from point A to point B!
- Epic Bars: These bars are a perfect high-protein, healthy snack with natural ingredients.
- Turkey Jerky: It’s true, I love this to snack on and sometimes I have to stop myself from eating an entire bag.
- Owyn Shakes: By now, you know I love Owyn’s Cold Brew Protein Shakes. They taste great and they’re packed with superfoods as well! The only thing missing is Owyn meal replacements, maybe we’ll see those soon!
- Purely Elizabeth Grain-free Granola: If you know, you know. These granola bites are delicious, seriously try them 🙂
- Vital Proteins Collagen Packets: I always have 2 or 3 of these on hand. I love adding them to coffee or even water. They’re super convenient and an amazing supplement.
- Caffeine: A girl’s gotta have her coffee. If you’re constantly on the move and caffeine-less, I don’t know how you are doing it–teach me!
- Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee Packets: Speaking of coffee, when I’m traveling, I love coffee packets for convenience. These give me great energy too.
- Essentia: Staying hydrated is super important. It’s my number one priority while I’m on-the-go. It will help fight jetlag and keep your skin glowing!
- Justin’s Almond Butter Packets: These are so easy to throw in your carry-on and will help keep you full 🙂
- Plain Popcorn/Baked Crisps: I love a good chip on cheat days but for traveling they cause bloat. I opt for plain popcorn or baked alternatives like cauliflower crisps to help with my cravings.
