If you follow me on social media, I’m sure you’ve seen my pictures from my recent trip to Japan! It was such a blast. Laurie Hernandez and I partnered with Armed Forces Entertainment for a trip of a lifetime. We got to visit different military bases while in Japan and put on gymnastics clinics at each base for the children there! The whole experience so rewarding. Gymnastics has given us the life we have today and we always love being able to give back to the community- especially to those that do so much for our country.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
