Raise your hand if you’ve been influenced by all of the tie dye on Instagram right now (*raises both hands*). I’m living for this trend! I honestly feel that wearing colorful tie dye around the house is the best to boost my mood. It reminds me of childhood. I’m even looking into tie dye kits to make my own pieces at home! If that isn’t good, clean (ish) fun, I don’t know what is.
Since I’m sure we’re all scouring the internet for some tie dye to add to our wardrobes, I thought I’d do a roundup of the brands I’m loving and a few small businesses you can support during this difficult time!
Myrrhe is my go to for tie dye! The vibrancy of the colors is stunning and it’s so comfy. I’ve definitely worn this one on my instagram before and the quality is incredible!
This one is definitely more on the affordable side! You can purchase full sets or separates and they come in so many different color-ways. They even sell tie dyed college apparel!
I recently discovered Mila & Me on Instagram. This small business was founded during the COVID-19 crises as a way to help with relief efforts and is completely family-owned and operated! They are donating a portion of their profits to different charities starting with CityMeals New York. ❤️ You can even purchase a matching set for your mini me. Looking at you, SJ.
LF is one of those stores where you can score such unique finds. Their vintage collection is SO cool. They also have a Tie Dye Edit that I recently shopped. If you’re looking to purchase anything, they’re offering 30% off site-wide with code TOGETHER30.
Some of my other favorite online shops like Urban Outfitters, ASOS and Shopbop are also carrying plenty of tie dye! And, the best part of this trend is how DIY it actually is! If you’re looking for a fun at-home activity, bite the bullet and buy the tie dye kit for yourself 🙂
XOXO,
