New season, new routine. From travel to our all-over-the-place schedules, our exercise routines tend to take a back seat. But the beauty of fitness is that it’s evolving. New workouts, new challenges and most can be accessed with a good Wi-Fi connection! I find that the key to sticking to your workout routine is actually to mix it up. Ahead are the four new workouts I’m trying this fall.
1. obé Fitness
Ok, so this workout isn’t technically *new* to me, but one of the many reasons why I love obé is because they constantly keep me on my toes. With the varied workout types and wide array of trainers, it never gets stale. There are 2,500+ on-demand classes with 14 live classes a day. I can’t wait to train with more of their instructors this fall!
2. F45
I’ve heard so many great things about the HIIT group workouts at F45. These 45-minute workouts are designed to train your full body and improve your energy levels, strength and endurance.
The hype around this class is oh-so-real. I’ve heard things thrown around like: “hardest workout ever” and “life changing.” I’m looking forward to checking it out myself next time I’m in NYC or LA (I basically live on a plane right now).
This cultish West Hollywood workout rivals SoulCycle with its celebrity fans. The reason I’m looking forward to trying it? The classes are a blazing 95 degrees, so you’re bound to pour sweat.
How will you be moving this fall? Be sure to let me know if you try any of these dynamic workouts!
XOXO,
