The best part about this routine (other than it being only 15 minutes long) is that it only requires one piece of equipment: a resistance band. Resistance bands are so versatile and easy to pack, so it’s the perfect travel companion.
The first part of the workout focuses on your booty and upper body, in the style of an AMRAP (as many reps as possible). Keep circulating through the exercises in this circuit as many times as you can for 10 minutes. After the ten minutes are up, it’s on to a 5-minute ab circuit, also in the style of an AMRAP.
