The first part of the workout focuses on your booty and upper body, in the style of an AMRAP (as many reps as possible). Keep circulating through the exercises in this circuit as many times as you can for 10 minutes. After the ten minutes are up, it’s on to a 5-minute ab circuit, also in the style of an AMRAP.
