If you’re constantly on-the-go like me, there’s not always time to get to a workout class (or even to the hotel gym) when I’m traveling. But, there’s no excuse not to make 15 minutes of time in your day to work up a sweat and put you in the right state of mind. So, I’ve come up with a 15-minute workout routine that works well for me when I’m on the road, and I thought I would share it with you, too! The best part about this routine (other than it being only 15 minutes long) is that it only requires one piece of equipment: a resistance band. Resistance bands are so versatile and easy to pack, so it’s the perfect travel companion.
The first part of the workout focuses on your booty and upper body, in the style of an AMRAP (as many reps as possible). Keep circulating through the exercises in this circuit as many times as you can for 10 minutes. After the ten minutes are up, it’s on to a 5-minute ab circuit, also in the style of an AMRAP. Let’s get to work!
