Motivation Monday Workout

Happy Monday! I have question for you all… have you ever convinced yourself you don’t have time to get a workout in?–guilty right here. Truth is, I guarantee we all have at least 20 minutes in our day we can devote to ourselves, and our bodies. After all, it’s the only body we have! So, here you go, a quick 20 minute workout for you all to get your week started feeling GREAT, and you don’t even need a single piece of equipment or a gym membership… hello living room floor 🙂

5 minute warmup: 25 jumping jacks, 15 squat jumps, 10 push ups, 10 skater lunges, 25 jumping jacks (no rest in between exercises) stretch as needed before moving into workout

circuit:

20 skater lunges (like i’m doing in the photo)

20 push ups (you can always do an alternate version with your knees on the floor)

20 bicycle crunches

20 burpies

Repeat as many times as possible until your watch hits 15 minutes. Try not to rest in between exercises / circuits!

ALWAYS make sure to stretch out + drink plenty of water and now you can do enjoy your Monday!
