So many of my nearest and dearest are expecting or have recently had babies, so I’ve become a (self proclaimed) baby shower expert. If you know me, you know hosting a good party is one of my favorite things to do, and welcoming new life into the world is every reason to celebrate. I want to share some of the tips and tricks to hosting a fabulous baby shower, and if you’re local to Dallas, give you some of the absolute best party planning resources in the area.
Choose a Theme
Everything ties together perfectly when you have a theme. With baby showers, there are so many you’ve likely seen one-hundred times, so I draw inspiration from the family’s interests, the nursery decor, or a special memory with the mama-to-be. The theme can be subtle, with little nods woven throughout the party.
Vendors are Your BFF
While it may feel like you can do everything yourself, I’ve found trusting the experts has saved both time and money in the long run. Keep Mom in Mind
