Let’s be real… We all know summer is coming, which means bikini time, which means it’s time to get a move on our beach bod. I’ve put together a very quick, yet effective ab workout for you guys. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
- set your timer on your phone for :30 seconds (each exercises will be done in 30 sec increments)
- complete all 4 exercises, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat circuit 4 times
- bicycle crunches: bring elbow to opposite knee and switch
- plank hold: keep your hips flat
- v-ups: lay flat with arms over head, bring up body to complete v and then back down
- russian twists: these might be my fav… and that may or may not be because of the name 😉
