I’m sure all of you agree, this life becoming the new “normal” is a little weird. Part of my routine nowadays is planning out my weekly IG live workouts. A lot of my favorite teachers have been scheduling daily virtual sessions of their classes and I’ve been LOVING it. It’s the perfect way to get your fix without ever leaving the house, and you’re supporting fitness instructors who have, for the most part, had to forego guaranteed income.
I’m naming my top 4 here, but there are TONS more out there I haven’t tried yet! If you’re loving someone who isn’t on this list, share in the comments below! #1 Kelly Brabants / @bootybybrabants
For those of you love a high intensity workout, you need to try this! Kelly’s workouts are cardio-based with fun dance moves and are designed to focus on your core, booty, legs and arms. Talk about a workout!
#2 Heather @ NY Pilates / @heatherandersen_
Pilates is all about toning your muscles! Not joking when I say it’ll make you feel muscles you didn’t even know you had. Heather’s method focuses on strengthening your core, arms and legs truly making it a full body workout.
#3 Melissa Wood Health / @melissawoodhealth
Melissa is my favorite for a quick yoga/pilates flow I can squeeze in whenever! I love how her membership offers workouts for whatever time frame you have – even 8 minutes. Her method focuses on creating long lean lines and always reminds me to find time for movement in my day.
#4 The Workout LA / @the_workout_la
The Workout LA is great for getting your blood pumping! Nicole and Ashley offer a dance based fitness class that focuses on creating a body positive fitness experience. I love this class and these girls kill it every time!
