Whether 2020 is your year to reconnect with yourself or prioritizing self care – I’m right there with you. So far this year has been non-stop traveling and while I love the work grind, I still have moments of burnout and exhaustion like everyone else! I’ve learned making the time to recover is so important for me to stay motivated and focused on my goals. One of my favorite ways to do that is planning a relaxing getaway to look forward to whenever I feel like I’m in a rut. Wellness destinations are perfect for forcing me to actually unplug (as much as I might try to on my own). There are so many options out there to choose from! Each with their own emphasis on how to rejuvenate and find your balance.
So, I thought I’d share 5 wellness destinations I’ve added to my travel wishlist this year! These all have something special about them I can’t wait to experience, let the wanderlust begin 🙂
#1 The Ranch (Malibu, California)
For those who are looking for a physical challenge in addition to relaxing! They offer different programs depending on what your specific goals are so your experience is tailored to you and what you want to get out of the experience!
#2 Amangiri (Canyon Point, Utah)
This one I’ve been dreaming of for a while and I hope 2020 will be the year I finally get to check it off my list! I love the minimalist vibe and their approach to wellness and relaxation. Plus, who doesn’t dream of spending a few days living in the lap of luxury!?
#3 Mii Amo (Sedona, Arizona)
I’ve heard such amazing things about Mii Amo! It’s right in the heart of Sedona, if you’re looking for something more flexible and leisure filled – this one’s for you!
#4 WeCare Spa (Palm Springs, California)
Perfect if you’re on the west coast and looking for a detox trip, WeCare is great for those that are looking to reset, create healthy habits, and come back home prepared to live a more conscious lifestyle.
#5 Four Seasons Lanai (Lanai, Hawaii)
Ever since visiting Hawaii last year, I’ve been itching to go back! Last time we stayed at the Four Seasons Hualalai and I was obsessed. I love their resorts’ focus on a holistic wellness experience and everything from the food to activities everyday, is perfection.
What other wellness destinations do you love?! Tell me what I need to add to my bucket list in the comments below!
