It’s never too early to start your 2019 travel list, right? I have 19 places I want to visit in 2019—and maybe I won’t get to them all, but a girl can dream! Some of the places on this list, like Paris and Australia, I’ve been to for competitions, but I didn’t have the time to explore. Also, some of them are just countries with no specific city or area in mind because I can’t decide! In 2019, I’m all about stepping out of my comfort zone and challenging myself to do things I might otherwise not have. Such as traveling to unique places to experience different cultures and scenery! I have quite the mix of locations on the list below as you’ll see. I want to experience it all—from warm beaches to the snowy mountains, from America to Asia! I still have so many places to hit on my travel bucket list, but I’ll take these 19 as a good starting point!

You should visit Bogota & Bucaramanga in Colombia! (Also it’s spelt Colombia, not Columbia. 🙈)
Granada, Spain, is one of my favorite cities I got to explore in Spain. The Alhambra is breathtaking and rich in history, and there are many different places in the city with great shots of it. If you can catch a sunset, you’d also get some amazing pictures. There are also so many fun and unique shops. I bought a scarf there and wear it all the time! I went in the summertime, so while it was hot, I absolutely loved it! I hope this is one of your travel spots this year, and I can’t wait to see where all you go!!
I’m living in Thailand now, beautiful country! It’s also super easy to hop over to Cambodia! Even Bali is a short flight away! (I would also recommend Gili Air or Gili T, I saw several sea tutrtles there)
In Thailand – Chiang Mai, Pai, Chiang Rai, Kanchanaburi, Ahutthaya, Koh Samet, Krabi (Railay Beach), etc. There are so many beautiful places to visit! Bangkok has some cool temples and some really cool bars (my fave is Smalls).
Cambodia – Koh Rong is gorgeous! You can snorkle with the glowing plankton. Siem Reap is a must! The capital is also really cool to see but you could do it in a day or 1.5 days.
I loved my time in Iceland, the contrast between the cold weather and icebergs compared to their volcanos is just beautiful. I highly recommend renting a car and just driving around the whole country (doesn’t take that long actually!). That’s where the real adventure and beauty can be experienced.
Part of my family is from the area of Madrid, Spain. It is a beautiful city with amazing food and a bunch of awesome places to go visit. My favorite Spanish food is Paella (yellow rice with lots of sea food). Barcelona, Spain is also a beautiful place to visit, the architecture is gorgeous.
Paris, France is just like the movies. I highly recommend going up the Arc de’ Triomph, the view is better than the view from the Eiffel Tower. The Louvre musem is the best musem I’ve ever been into and don’t forget to stop by Laudree for the iconic macaroons!
