Lately, I feel like I have been non-stop traveling. I’ve been to some amazing places, but all that travel throws my body out of whack. Traveling throws off my sleeping schedule, is super dehydrating, causing water retention and bloating. Matt and I are both former athletes, and we have always been really healthy.
