I am a creature of habit, so routine is key to me feeling productive, fulfilled, and on track. Below are four habits I’ve implemented daily that are game changers for me.
Stop Hitting Snooze
I’d become a classic “snoozer”, continuing to want just five more minutes of extra zzz’s. I’ve found the Hatch Restore is essential for my sleep- allowing me not to hit snooze and gradually wake up feeling more rested and ready to take on the day. Setting my phone on a table away from my bed was also a huge help for me, too.
My body feels fueled by healthy eating, regular exercise, a good vitamin routine. I’m currently using Ritual‘s Multivitamin for Women and loving how easy it is to integrate into my day.
Less Screen Time
This one is super hard for me, but staying off of my phone for even thirty minutes before bed has made a huge difference in how well I sleep. And we all know what a difference a good nights sleep makes with productivity and mindset.
Five Minute Meditation
Spending five minutes journaling, goal setting, or even focusing on my breathing has allowed me to center and ground myself in any situation. Even if its just jotting things down on a sticky note, this practice so helpful before a big business decision or when I’m feeling anxious.
