As I reflect on 2022 and look ahead to the coming year, I’m so grateful. Sharing five small habits and practices I implemented in 2022 that, over time, have made an enormous difference in my every day.
Drinking More Water
This one may sound silly, but I prioritized staying hydrated last year and it made a huge difference in how I felt. I bought a few fancy, fun water bottles and made sure I was drinking more water, and less caffeine.
This was such a focus of mine in 2022 and so helpful for my mental health. Whether it is a boundary with social media, work, or personal life- I stuck to them and it certainly allowed more room positivity and good.
I prioritized focusing on things I was truly passionate about last year and they have evolved into some amazing business opportunities and experiences of a life time. I want to keep doing more of that this year and saying yes to projects that give me the creative spark!
The pandemic forced me to slow down a bit and I am beyond grateful for the reflection and time it gave me, however, I feel most like myself when I have the ability to travel. 2022 brought me to some amazing places and I have big plans to (safely) explore the world this year, too!
This may sound corny, but I made it a priority to be present and focus on building amazing connections this past year. I cherish the relationships I have with friends and family, and will continue to pour into and prioritize the relationships that mean the most to me.
