As I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely upgraded some of my old school favorites, but there are some makeup staples that I always keep coming back to! Drugstore makeup brands are some of my favorites to try because if you can get the same or a similar product for a fraction of the price, and works just as well, why not?!

#1 HONEST BEAUTY
Honest has been around for a while now, and I’m a huge fan of their beauty line! Founded by Jessica Alba, the brand’s mission is to design products that don’t force you to choose between what works and what’s good for you. I love that this brand is clean and makes beauty products that actually WORK! Their mascara is one of my top favorites! And for all my mamas out there, they have an amazing baby product line too 😍.
#2 BURT’S BEES
Burt’s Bees is an all-time classic! My absolute favorite thing from their line is their tinted chapstick. It goes on so smoothly, feels so moisturizing all day long, and I always have one in my bag! Their lip scrub is another must have. I love that they source their natural ingredients responsibly, and the cherry on top is their recyclable packaging! Truly a 10/10.
#3 E.L.F. COSMETICS
The ultimate affordable makeup brand! If I had to choose one E.L.F. product, it would be their concealer. If you’re looking for great coverage and a creamy consistency that blends really well, this one fits the bill! The fact that their products are all 100% vegan and not tested on animals is a huge plus, especially for a more affordable brand.
#4 NYX
I’m obsessed with NYX and all their lip color choices! They have the absolute best selection of nude colors that match with everything and last all day long. Their soft matte lip cream formula is one of the most moisturizing I’ve ever tried! I also love their chubby eyeshadow stick and setting mist. This brand is the real deal for my glam loving ladies and the price point makes it a must-try!
#5 PIXI BY PETRA
This brand has been a staple in Target stores for as long as I can remember and for good reason! It’s affordable and the packaging is so luxe. The founder, Petra, is a mom whose philosophy is all about multitasking and adding products to your routine that add a subtle youthful glow. My absolute favorite product of theirs is Glow Tonic! It’s a great base for makeup and adds the perfect sun kissed glow 😍
