3 Morning Routine Changes I’ve Made To Reduce Anxiety
2020 has been the year of stress and anxiety, I know we all feel it! #1 Don’t Check Your Phone When You Wake Up
This was probably the biggest thing I’m guilty of, and the hardest shift to make! I’m so glad I did it, though, and it truly has worked wonders for my mental state first thing in the morning. I’ve also started putting my phone on “Do Not Disturb” before bed! These small shifts not only protect my energy (hi, social media-induced anxiety), but also physically protect my eyes/brain from the effects of blue light at crucial hours in the day.

Sometimes I let my mornings get away from me and I totally forget to workout or get some movement in earlier in the day!
