I try to maintin a healthy, balanced lifestyle by leaving time in my schedule for the important things in life. I’m incredibly busy, so I have to make a point to ensure that I’m not neglecting my family or myself in the midst of my chaotic life. Whether it’s eating healthy, exercising, spending time with my family, walking my dog, or even applying my weekly face mask, I work hard to keep my mental, emotional, and physical health in peak condition.

I try and live a healthy and balanced lifestyle by staying on a schedule. On saturdays we do lots of meal prep so we can eat healthy during the week when we don’t have time to cook. And after work I have it written in to go for a run with the baby in the stroller while he naps and then playtime when we get home and he’s awake. I gotta keep myself healthy, while balancing work and little baby!
I try to live a healthy lifestyle by eating clean. I just started eating better in the last couple of months, after spending years not taking good care of myself. Since I’ve been eating better I can’t believe how much better I feel and how much better my skin looks!
I strive to eat healthier a start back up in the gym a few times a week. As a former gymnast, I have continuously started and stopped going to the gym since i retired. I strive to be a healthier me, much like i was when i did gymnastics, and start taking better care of the body I was given
I try to workout and eat mostly healthy foods to keep my skin nice.
How to leave a healthy life is the million dollar question for many people. And is the reason why my mom and I created our fitness and wellness business and named it Optimum Balance. We strive to guide everyone around us how to accomplish fitness and wellness goals. We start by encouraging each other and strive to improve our physical activity, our nutritional habits (which yes in many cases is hard) but we continue to learn and try and explore options to eat healthy. And last but not least, strive to maintain a good skin care routine, drink plenty of water and establish morning and evening routine to pamper ourselves and our clients. We are currently going to school to obtain our esthetician license and continue to live an Optimum Balance life and better serve our clients.
One thing I do a day to love a healthier lifestyle is take time for me each day. I know it seems silly, but it helps me destress, reflect, and be fully present. It’s like a mental retreat to focus on the positive and drain all the negative thoughts. I usually throw on a face mask as my own little physical reminder to take those 20 minutes for what I need.
I try to stay organized so I don’t miss practices and so I plan what I will eat and obviously so I don’t get out of control because I am all over the place.
One way I stay healthy is making sure I get enough sleep at night and also making sure I drink enough water throughout the day! Water and sleep make for a healthy immune system 🙂
I strive to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle by drinking plenty of water, eating healthy and filling foods, never procrastinating on my school work, and surrounding myself with people who love and support me! 🙂
As a medical student it is difficult to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. But I always take time for myself, to recharge through music, art, exercise and cooking. More importantly, I take time to do things for others. Even if it means I study a little less, in the long run my mind, my body, and my relationships will thank me for it.
I strive to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle by combining my passions with my people. Working out isn’t my favorite, but doing so with the people I love makes it bearable.. Surrounding myself with people who make me better is the key.
